Trying to quiet down my PC for newborn

I had to move my pc from the "office" to the bedroom because of a new family addition. Now the office is the toddlers room and I will have a newborn in my bedroom with my ridiculously loud pc. I need to quiet it down as much as possible. I have a HAF 932 case with two coolermaster "sickleflow" 120mm fans on my heatsink. I have an xfx black edition 750w PSU and also an EVGA 760 with the ACX cooler. I think thats all the fans....so now I need to quiet it down as much as I can. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Don't overclock anything then. Go into your UEFI and drop back the fan speeds on everything. Put noise insulation on you case side panels. Turn your speakers down - use headphones. Or put your PC in the garage.

I actually dont have UEFI....sadface....but I guess my main question is if i replace these 230mm case fans with some coolermaster 19 dba 200mm fans would it make a difference? I dont know and cant find the dba of the 230mm fans that are in the case currently. Its all stock as far as the case fans go.
