Let me start off by saying I'm sort of a newbie.
My grandfather bought an old, second-hand dell optiplex 745 pc for around 30$.
He said the PC wasnt working and asked me to try and help him.
I took the pc home and attempted to start it up. It (surprisingly enough for a 30$ pc) didn't startup, but said "no boot up device", press f1 to retry or f2 for boot setup.
I realized their was no OS detected, so i downloaded a pirated windows xp online, and created a bootable usb device with the xp os ios.
when I started the pc afterwards, it did detect the usb, but kept restarting over and over again after 5 seconds of starting to boot up.
I opened up the PC and I'm pretty sure there is no RAM installed. I'm gonna add a couple pictures off the interiors.
How do i proceed from here? Can the pc be saved?
