Did the drive fail or did you delete something by accident? If the drive is dead you can only send it in to a 3rd party repair site, in order to have a chance at restoring your data. If you deleted a file by accident, there is software that can restore it, but you should avoid using the system until you get said software. The system will eventually overwrite the data should you continue to use it.
