The drive's never been written to since I deleted it, and is also bitlocker locked.
It is my storage drive, it got deleted during an install, if that helps

It also looks as though there is another tool for partition recovery from Easeus which seems like it could be a better tool to use so is there any free partition recovery softwares out there?

i can get the price down to 20 a month as I found a coupon if have to have this software, surely that means I can rrecover it and cancel subscrription and keep my partition?

Also it would be a partition recovery tool I'd need, not data recovery from Easeus, even though it's an entire
6TB drive?

Are there any free software tools to recover a partition ?

Such recovery methods are rarely, if ever, successful (just take a look around the net) Rebuilding from scratch is the only guaranteed recovery method.

I will try that yea I accidently deleted drive during windows reinstall

Also as to the portion recovery tool from easeus might not be successful even though is what they marketed for?

I might just buy a months subscription to fix this idk

Also is Karen how so is bitlocker a complications? I have the recovery key also have the password is it still a complication

Oh, is that what happened? It's best to disconnect all other drives that you don't plan to install OS first before reformatting.

I wouldn't trust easeus. I used EaseUS Partition Master to format a usb drive because windows wouldn't do it. And it just seems like bloatware to me.

And some people are saying that easeuse software is trash. If you do your research.

"All Easeus software is trash. This type of partition copy is not what you want to be subjecting a failing drive to, it's completely unsuitable for it. These multiple failed cloning attempts have also caused unnecessary stress to your dying drive; for every second the drive is powered up, and every sector that is read, the drive's health is worsening. So you don't want to use tools that cause you to repeat things."

also google this

"is easeus software good reddit"

And you will find this:

"After accidentally deleting weeks of animations I purchased easeUS data recovery software for over One Hundred dollars, I recovered all the animations and they were all empty black movies. I contacted "technical help" and they sent me a link to an infantile crude wiki page on how to determine what kind of drive I am using! I couldn't believe it, I think a ten year old child could offer me more help than these morons. The easeUS software knew it was a SSD and I certainly knew this patently obvious information. So why deceive people into thinking easeUS can recover data from SSDs, a format of drive that many people are using these days? This was their logic, because it was my SSD that it was not easeUS softwares fault for the complete lack of recovery. So easeUS refused a refund."

Also, there have been multiple comments of people saying they got their registration code, and it didn't work. And their support didn't respond. I'm not sure if it's the best program.

Assuming that it's still possible to recover encrypted files in full. I think you would have to clone the drive first. Something with Macrium Reflect. And work on the clone disc.

You also need to keep in mind that the more you futz with it the less likely even the crazy expensive recovery folks can recover anything. This is exactly WHY you keep your backups current. And, if this is an ssd, any time the drive is powered up there is the very real possibility of garbage collection running. Once this runs, even for only a second, your data is permanently unrecoverable.

My recommendation is to avoid EaseUS like the plague. There are many stories of people being screwed by their monthly subscriptions. In any case, why would anyone want a continuing subscription for a one-time tool?

I would recommend that you clone your drive and then work on the clone. That's what the pros do.

Minitool Partition Wizard free - has partition recovery function.
Quite easy to restore deleted partitions.

Note - on SSDs after trim has been run it may not be possible to recover deleted partitions anymore
