Trying to remember the name of an old computer game

Hello,
I am have been racking my brain trying to figure out the name of an old game I used to play. Probably in the early-mid ninties and all i can really remember is that you were stuck in an office building and there was some sort of nuclear explosion and you have to find ways through the floors without getting yourself killed.
