Trying to remember the title from an old kids game

I used to play a game on my computer when i was little but i can't remember the name and nobody seems to remember it. The only things that i can remember is:
you were a girl, there was an ibex, an african man helped you with your quests, you had to help either a baby hippo or elephant out of a hole, there was trash that you had to clean up, and there were other animals that you had to help with quests.
I'm pretty sure it might be educational maybe about the environment but i don't know.

i played it sometime between 2003 and 2007 so the game should be from the 90s or early 2000s
