trying to repair win 7 pro 64 bit but it is asking for windows 32 setup disk to repair it.
I had previously purchased Windows 7 Premium Professional from Microsoft which I downloaded. I called them but no help from them because purchase was from 2012.
I have product key but no disks.
Would someone help me please, I am desperate.

I also download and installed acronis but that doesn't work eithet. I may be doing that wrong but I get no help from Acronis.

You should be able to get it here, just follow the steps: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Once you have the .iso file, use something like Rufus to create a bootable usb stick, or just burn the .iso to a cd/dvd.
