Question Trying to replace stock fans on an H100i icue. Can the Noctua NF F12 Chromax be an option? Ruuning a 10700K

Hi there

I currently have a 10700K being cooled by a h100i Icue (240 mm AIO), so far the cooling works fine, but can´t stand the stock fan noise on load (specially when playing cpu intensive games) was wondering if swapping for a pair of NF F12 Chromax could be a good idea since the Noctua ones only reach 1500 rpm, while the stock ones go up to 2400. Any thoughts?

The NF-F12s are not good radiator fans, from my experience[I've got 6 Chromax and 11 IPPC 3000s sitting on the shelf].
Those 11 'stator vanes' may work for straight-forward airflow, but they give the fan an annoying sound profile above 1000rpm, and I'm pretty tolerable with fan noise.

TechPowerUp review HERE lines up with my feelings about these fans.

The IPPC 2000 and 3000 are definitely radiator fans, but if the original F12 was already hard to put up with...

EDIT: The NF-F12 would likely be OK with lower FPI radiators, since the air resistance is lower on them. Most AIO/CLC radiators have high FPI though(20-23), so the fan would be less effective on them.

Any good replacements you could recommend?

Arctic P12 - a 5 pack is available.
Noctua A12x25 Chromax - if you can swallow the price.
be quiet! Silent Wings 4(2500rpm), or their older SW3(2200rpm)
Cooler Master Sickleflow - a 3 pack is available. The LEDs are ARGB(5v LED header).

EDIT: Oops! Forgot:
Phanteks T30-120, but they are 30mm thick.
