Trying to reset my wndows 8 but there is a message

there is a message appearing to me ( Some files are missing . windows installation or recovery will provide them ) what should i do ? shall i wait ? please help me ?!

There is no point waiting, if you have the installation media(DVD/USB) insert it and let windows take care of it. Good luck.
