Question Trying to reset win10/ password issue

Goes through the motions fine until it asks for my password. No idea what password it wNts. It’s not my pin and it’s not my Microsoft password as I reset that the first time this happened. What the hell password does the reset want?

Where did this system come from?
Ask the person who set that password.

In any case, Tom's Hardware has a strict policy on passwords. We do not assist.

I built it and installed win 10 but it isn’t recognizing any of the passwords which I did write down! Understand your position but just wondering what password it’s looking for. Not my pin. And not the Microsoft password I just changed. Very frustrating. Even tried reinstalling from original cd

As I stated I am going through the “reset this pc” steps and it gets to my account and then wants a password but it doesn’t recognize what I thought should be my Microsoft account password so no idea what it’s looking for

In any case, you're just going to have to work through this. There isn't anything we out here can do.

guess ill just do a clean install
