trying to restore hp system so i can work

How do i restore hp to system restore when i don't. Understand the letter on the screen showing. Oou gouoesysuem will someone help me please

To perform system restore your computer must have system restore enabled before. If it is enabled, you can go to Start < All programs < Accessories < System Tools < System Restore.
Over there you can select a previous restore date and then do the system restore.
