Trying to run smite but cant plz help

Hello,
I'm trying to play the game smite, i open the launcher then i get the hi rez splash screen then it closes out of nowhere anyone know why?

I finally got it to work it ended up being mt Norton anti virus i could to keep Norton and run the game but it wouldn't work so I deleted Norton ant installed McAfee and it ran fine
