Trying to select new Graphics Card

So recently my evga gtx 560 ti has kinda been letting me down, all I do with my gpu is gaming and some CUDA work... I would need it to be silent but still a monster. My two decision were the windforce 980 or Strix 980.... If anyone has some advice please let me know.. 🙂

Ofcourse dude Go with asus strix 980 because its a very good Graphics.
Asus gives you a better cooling solution
Asus memory stock is very better
And anyone know , asus gives you a better technology
Asus is a very better brand

And after that short message from the Asus marketing team: 😉
The GTX970 offers very similar performance to the GTX980 for <> $200 ( US Dollars ) less.
The Asus strix does have one little trick up its sleeve which can be useful: The fans don't start up until the card is at (I think) 65C so in a reasonably well ventilated case it'll be silent in operation, at least until it's loaded.
