I have recently received a Dell Optiplex 380 desktop from my place of work after they replaced theirs for newer ones. It was only missing the hard drive, a new one of which I have just purchased and inserted. As a computer novice however, I did not realise at first, that of course a computer without a hard drive has no operating system, and a new hard drive does not have one on it yet... So when trying to start up the computer to use the serial code of the windows 7, I keep getting the message on a black screen of "no boot device available". ... Any ideas what I need to do to get it up and running?
Thanks guys

You must burn the ISO to a CD, DVD, or flash drive using appropriate ISO extraction software. Then you can boot your install media and install windows with the proper MS key.
