Question Trying to understand PBO on my 7700x

Hello,
I am running Ryzen 7700x with 360mm water cooling and PSU anetc gold 1000W

Currently im using Eco mode configuration on my PBO limit with -5 on per core. +200 mhz boost
Cinebench score of 17k on multi core and 19k on single core
what should I set my PPT/TDC/EDC limits?

PBO is overclocking, how does that connect with ECO mode?!

Yup, that's overclocked up the wazoo, basically no limits, default is
PPT=142W
TDC=110A
EDC=170A
ECO mode would be below that, I don't know how much but I would guess 20-30% at least.

So my settings are below that, which is why im getting low temps. So if I want more performance out of the 7700x I need to go higher on those settings or stay at default and just up the max core clock and lower the volt per core?
