Solution
I had to uninstall AI Suite II once, and I remember it giving me errors, before and after uninstall, though I don't remember specifics. I ended up re installing everything default, running the upgrades, then uninstalling a second time, after disabling everything in startup and rebooting. From there I searched C:/ for Asus and suite and if it had anything to do with the AI suite, junked it. Then used CCleaner from piriform.com and ran a registry clean, which picked up all the dead-end links and deleted them. Done.

That was my answer to the errors, mebe hopefully it will work for you.

It's not in my list of start up programs.

I found a cleaner to specifically get rid of it.. and I got the same warnings when it tried to uninstall it. THANKS ASUS.

Generally hardware manufacturers write shoddy software to go with their boards for example.
I had similar problems with the MSI utilities that came with my motherboard-those were a headache to remove aswell.

The ASUS AI Suite isn't on their site? It came on a CD with the mobo.

disable the AI charger application then restart the pc, see if that solves the problem.
That might not be it since as far as i know ai charger is a sepparate application used for quickcharging phones frok usb3.
Though it probably was installed along with the ai suite.

Nope it still does it.
