[SOLVED] Trying to update bios. Don't seem to be getting a file to do so from the zip

So I have x470 gaming plus max motherboard. Went to: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X470-GAMING-PLUS-MAX

Clicked the most recent AMI BIOS (version 7B79vH5) but when i open the zip, it is just a .txt file describing the update and a file with the extension .H50

Tried looking up how to open this h50 file and can't find anything. What am I missing here?
