[SOLVED] Trying to update BIOS on prebuilt PC ?

I’m currently trying to update bios on my prebuilt pc so i can install my new amd processor. I have tried again and again but whrn i try to flash the bio update file it says no image file detected.

I have an ASRock b450m pro4-CB in the prebuilt, the model is a cyperpowerpc model c.

the flashdrive i am using is a fat 32 flashdrive btw.
