We couldn't install Windows 10
We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10.

0x8007002C - 0x4000D
The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.

The Windows 10 gets to about 75%, then rolls back to windows 7 (genuine key as well).

I have an amd 8350, 16gb ram and a r9 290x,
Any ideas to why this might be happening would be awesome

Solution
Some users have successfully defused this problem by following these steps:

Step 1: Open up File Explorer or Windows Explorer and configure Windows 7/8 to show protected operating system files by navigating to Folder Options.

Step 2: Navigate to the following directory:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Orbx

In the above path, “C” is the drive where Windows 7/8 is installed, and UserName is your account name.

Step 3: Under ORBX folder, check if there is a file called Todo. If the file exists, please delete the same.

Step 4: Begin upgrading to Windows 10, and this time, upgrade should be done without the error.
