Trying to upgrade from 32bit to 64bit!

Hello, Im trying to upgrade from windows 7 ultimate 32 to windows 7 64bit but the win7 disc I tried didnt work saying it wasnt the correct installation disc, I then tried a windows 10 disc but it said the autorun file was incorrect, does anyone know a way to fix this?

No, reinstall windows 64bit directly. You can't update from 32bit to 64bit like you can update from windows 7 to windows 10, you will have to do a fresh install of the windows.

You backup everything important from your windows partition;
Boot from windows 64bit installation media;
Format old windows partition;
Install 64bit windows version.

i load up my OS onto usb as multi platform 32/64 & boot up as a clean install load it to windows start up on boot pick 64bit should load easy as i convert for windows 32bit to 64bit as same keys done a few easy as
