The RTX 2060 would be a good upgrade over that R7 250 2gb and would pair well with your 4790K but yes you'll need a better PSU.

id say probably 550 is there anything extra i would need to be able to do this upgrade

Your welcome, the most difficult out of the 3 parts will be the PSU but it's not too difficult, just take your time.
