trying to upgrade my e-machine

just curious if the following upgrades are compatible with my machine... ARK ARK500/8D ATX 12V 500W Computer Power Supply ----and Sapphire Radeon HD 6570 1GB DDR3 HDMI/DVI-D/VGA PCI-Express Graphics Card 100323-2L
I have the et133g-03w e machine with the amd athlon ll x2 235e dual core processor. WIll the power supply and video card listed fit into my machine? I think I have a pci express 2.0 16 slot port to put the video card into.
