I have a prebuilt computer and I want to upgrade my graphics card. The computer is a Lenovo - IdeaCentre 720-18ASU Desktop and the motherboard is SDK0J40700. I wanted to know if the Geforce GTX 1060 is compatible with my motherboard.
Let's be sure you're talking the mini tower and not a desktop. Is this the pre-built you have? Look at the PSU and be sure it is the one in the picture (400W)
It is the same computer but the graphic card is an AMD Radeon R5 340
The 1060 will be OK, but you've got some limitations with the drive cage design possibly limiting a long card. If you get a 1060, be sure to measure that you have the room. Length and height of the card. Height because of the drive cage arrangement. One of these short 1060s would probably fit OK.

I had a 1060 100 6gb in a lenovo m83 thinkcentre a while back worked fine. If switching PSU LENOVO has proprietary MB connection and you will need a 14 to 2pin adapter. Just make sure GPU will fit
