Trying to upgrade my pc build?

I would like to know what I would need to upgrade to get a decent 4K build maybe somewhere around 30fps. If there is any possible way to keep most things it would be better for my budget which is around $600-$800 usd

Pc specs
I5 3570 non k
8gb XLR8 ram (2x4)
GTX 960 XLR8 edition (2gb)
Micro atx mobo by gigabyte don't remember model
Also will have to upgrade psu because it is getting old and may need to run a more demanding setup

Your CPU should hold 30fps in any game so if you want to game at 4k you really need a massive gpu upgrade. For 30fps you can probably get away with a GTX1070 but a 1080 would be best. If your PSU is old then change it, don't risk a high end gpu on an old PSU. I'd also add another 8gb RAM

add another 8GB RAM
change the GPU to something more juicy like a 1070
that should be around 500$

depending on your PSU I see no reason to upgrade it
depending on your board upgrading to an i7 could be worth it

Thanks for the reply, I had multiple people tell me my CPU was bottlenecking but will definitely upgrade my gpu to most likely a 1070-1080 6gb and grab some 2x8 sticks thanks for the help
