I am currently using a computer that has windows 8.1. I cleanly reinstalled windows 8.1 today in an attempt to fix some issues but it did not work because some of what I use was made for windows 10 (i.e. my graphics card). I was installing windows 10 and it got to 80% and got stuck. I ended up having to cancel it. However, I have not retried it as every time I do I need to reinstall the ISO via a mediainstaller. I ran a windows update tool and several errors come up but it says it's fixing them. However, I can run a scan, it will say they are fixed and then I can do another scan to have it say again that it has fixed them. Edit: I forgot to say what the issues that kept coming up are. One is "problems installing recent updates." Another one is "service registration is missing or corrupt."
