[SOLVED] Trying to upgrade

I’m wanting to upgrade my system so I can stream and play games with little consequences. I plan on upgrading everything eventually but I don’t know what to upgrade first.
My specs are
AMD Ryzen 1600
ASRock A320m-HDV Motherboard
Evga 1070ti gpu
1x16 GB ripjaws 3200 RAM
750 watt gold evga psu.

B450 Chipset board, dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit and if you don't have one, an SSD. Where are you located, how much do you have to spend and where do you want to source your parts from?
