Question Trying to use this 7 year old ITX case, is it safe?

Saw in this video that this guy drilled holes in the top and bottom of the case for airflow. Yet one of the recent review on Newegg said they've had no problems with airflow. I'm not much of a pc guy.... but is drilling these holes necessary? Any other safety concerns from using such an old case? I love this case and want to make it work if possible

Only one way to find out whether the airflow is enough. Try the case and see what temperatures your CPU and GPU run at.
