Someone is making some serious coin if they'll need another 65 billion for the other fabs.

Well yea, if >50% of your engineers are Taiwanese from Taiwan, you better have yield and quality as good as Taiwan fabs

Well so if that logic of subsidies applied to China does that mean that other countries will put tarif chip manufactured in US as those manufacturing are subsidies of US government?
I'm already scared of the price of those AMD chips...if they are so expensive being manufactured in China then in Taiwan seeing the labor cost in US.. and seing that the supply chain is not fully present on US soil... man that will cowt 20 to 30% more???
