Question tt rgb plus software problem

so basically i purchased the 3 pack of pure plus 14 fans with the controller. when i installed the software it says that it cannot find the controller. anyone know how to fix this?

Did you plug in the usb cable to the controller and the other end into your motherboard USB2 port?
Did you connect the controller to power?

Are your motherboard USB2 ports enabled in the Bios?

Did you install your motherboards drivers? Usb ports are usually in the chipset driver but your vendor may have also installed an additional USB controller which will have it's own drivers that need to be installed.

it is plugged into the usb 2 header but also i have to check about the bios and it is plugged into power via mulex
