[SOLVED] TT Riing 140mm RGB fans making some hum type noise

Solution
The audio quality is way too low and sample is also too short to tell what is going on. But when it comes to the fans, there are 3x sounds they can make:
  1. airflow through the rad/case grille (lower the fan speed to get less airflow noise)
  2. vibration noise (tighten/loosen the fan screws)
  3. bearing noise (replace the fan)*
* on some fans, bearing can rattle when fan operates lower than it's normal RPM range. In this case, increasing the fan speed can eliminate the fan bearing rattle.
