Hello everybody,

TTDAlter 4.2 is out! TTDAlter is a program that lets you edit the TTD
vehicles, industries, bridges and disasters. This version has many new
features and improvements over the old version, including:

- More languages supported
- Difficulty settings and game defaults modification support
- Base costs can be modified
- Town buildings can be modified
- Added industry type, vehicle model life, train type, and more
- Sounds for aircraft, ships and road vehicles can be set to any TTD sound
effect
- A number of bug fixes and enhancements

There was a problem with the installer I uploaded in that it wouldn't
upgrade from 4.1. Please check back now, I've updated the installer.
