TTesport Mouse Black Element

Was not sure where to put this but my TTesport Black Element wont go higher than 5800dpi but in the software its set for 6500Dpi is my mouse defective or what could be the issue if anyone here could help please do ^^;

My guess would be for certain games/programs they set the capped DPI, so even when your mouse setting is 6500DIP the program won't let you go higher than that.
