TTEsports Challenger Pro keyboard Backlight Not Working

Hey, I just bought a TTEsports Challenger Pro keyboard, everything works on it besides the red backlight? I've tried everything, pressing the key for it on the keyboard, using the program to try and change the lighting..all with no prevail! I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue!
