Having a weird issue with my keyboard where the FN key seems to be always activated (as seen in the above screenshot) despite not being physically pressed meaning none of the keys with alternate functionalities while holding down fn key are usable.
I have attempted many approaches and seem to be stuck, also furthermore the same issue remains even switching between PC's with the same keyboard.
Would really appreciate some help, at the end of my line here.
P.s. Space bar also doesn't work for some reason.

This: "I have attempted many approaches" - knowing what you tried can be very helpful.

As I understand your post, the problem follows the keyboard.

So two possibilities there: 1) drivers old, buggy, corrupted, and 2) keyboard physically defective.

Go to the manufacturer's website to download, reinstall, and configure the applicable keyboard drivers.

If that fails then the keyboard is likely defective.

How old is the keyboard? Do you eat while typing etc.?

Disconnect the keyboard. Spread out a paper towel and hold the keyboard upside down over the paper towel. Gently but firmly tap the ends and sides of the keyboard with the heel of your hand. Likely all kinds of gunk will fall out. May unstick a key or contact.

Thank you Ralston18, your advice seems to have worked, specifically after doing these two steps.
"Disconnect the keyboard. Spread out a paper towel and hold the keyboard upside down over the paper towel. Gently but firmly tap the ends and sides of the keyboard with the heel of your hand. Likely all kinds of gunk will fall out. May unstick a key or contact. "
And cleaning out the USB port.
"Inspect the keyboard's plug and the host computer port for debris and damage."
The many attempted approaches were primarily focused on the software side of things (drivers, macro settings etc...) after only briefly inspecting/cleaning the directly relevant keys.
