Tube Tube App Issue

Have used this app for months with flawless performance. No videos can now be downloaded. Error message: The size of the state manager composite setting value has exceed the limit. This is a lenovo notebook with 866GB / 270GB used. Two support correspondences with no reply. Guidance sought

it seems its an C error in the application itself. I cannot find a web site for the makers (My PC malware protections won't let me go to download.com which is only link I can see for it). Can you download anything or just the app refuses to work?
