i want to know that my i5 2500k is not overclocked its base clock is 3.3ghz on which all cores can reach when using multi core application, and it has 3.7ghz boost max clock which only core can do this if using any single core application

i was playing dota 2 and notice that my all cores are reaching 3.5 to 3.6ghz i havent oc them how can all cores achieve this speed ??

i also want to know that what max all cores can achieve in ryzen 5 1600

Solution
IIRC, a 2500K is 3.7GHz single core, 3.6GHz for two, and 3.5GHz for all 4 cores.
Realistically though, you should be able to enable "high performance" power plan inside Windows and have 3.7GHz on all cores.

The Ryzen5 1600, out of the box, is 3.6GHz for one or two cores, and 3.3GHz for 3+ Cores
