Question Low FPS on TUF 505DU , and GPU usage doesn't go above 50% ?

I'm having trouble with my laptop TUF 505DU.
It's
Ryzen 3750H
GTX1660 TI
Ram 8*2

The FPS is lower than it should be.
I've checked with MSI After burn and see GPU usage does not reach more than 50%. Even tho, i set the setting to low and resolution to HD, the FPS still not be able to reach higher and GPU usage stay lower.

What's happening with this, is there the way to fix this?

I'm not sure about ram and ssd tho.
