Question TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 I have to press the power button twice to start the pc

I have recently assembled my PC and this is my build:
heatsink : Noctua NH-U12S Redux
cpu: Intel Core i5-12400F
case: Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Bianco Mesh ARGB, Mid Tower
psu: Corsair RM750 (2021)
mobo: ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS D4
gpu: 3070 ti fe
ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16
ssd: Crucial P5 Plus CT1000P5PSSD8 1 TB .
and every time I try to turn on my pc, the pc does not start with the first click. As in the video:

I updated the bios, disconnected the cmos battery, resetted the BIOS settings to default, turned on without ram and gpu but nothing, turned on with the screwdriver but nothing worked.
So I decided to try another power supply and i used the one from my old pc a Corsair VS650 CP-9020098-EU and it worked so i bought the FOCUS GX-850, but it keeps giving the problem.

do you mean the case switch?
I tried to start it also with a screwdriver but I have the same problem
