Besides #1 costing more, what difference can I expect between these two models? Is it worth get the #2 over #1?

#1

TUF-RTX3060-O12G-V2-GAMING // RTX3060, HDMI * 2, DP * 3.12G, D6

#2

RTX 3060 Asus Dual O12G V2 NVIDIA GeForce, 12GB GDDR6, LHR, DLSS, Ray Tracing - DUAL-RTX3060-O12G-V2

Also, can I expect them to be OK with this PSU?

CORSAIR

650W, 80 Plus Gold, Semi Modular, TX650M, CP-9020132-WW

The TUF model is much better in terms of build quality and overall PCB VRM design. Although Nvidia recommends a 550 Watts PSU, ASUS is asking for a 750 Watts PSU as the minimum.

Your current PSU although should power up the card, since it is a decent TX series model from Corsair, but to be on a safer side, if you can upgrade your PSU, then that would be better, but not worth it, IMO .

I mean the 650 Watts PSU should still be able to power up the card, depending on how many PC components you are powering, and whether any OC has been done or not, but ASUS is recommending a 750 Watts PSU.

The DUAL model on the other hand only requires a 650 Watts PSU.
