Question TUF-RTX4090-24G-GAMING card dual HDMI sound?

Hello
I was interested in buying a TUF-RTX4090-24G-GAMING card.
It has two HDMI ports. Is it possible to have dual sound come out of these ports at the same time? I need sound for my monitor in the bedroom and sound for my TV in the living room.

I suffer from chronic pain so can't game for long in the bedroom. Asus live chat sucks! Any help would mean alot to me.

Why not manually set the audio output to selected panels prior to moving from one room to the next? Meaning setting the audio output to the living room panel when in the living and before you move to the bedroom, you set the audio output to the bedroom panel.

I would prefer to set it and forget it. Switching back and forth sounds tiresome. But thanks for the reponse. Does anyone have a dual HDMI graphics card?

Nobody on the forum wants to help? It does not need to be a 4090 any dual Hdmi card will do. I just need to know if it has dual sound please.
