Question Tuf z370 plus gaming issue!

Hi everyone ! we are assembling a computer with a friend and it boots but does not recognize USB nor monitor, made us think the motherboard didn’t support 9tu gen but I googled it and it says it does. What could it be? Neither of us are expert at this so we’re pretty lost on what’s the issue! Thank you in advance

It only supports ninth generation with a BIOS upgrade.
Get an 8th gen to update it or return for a Z390.

This is spot on correct. You need BIOS version 1410 or higher to use 9th gen CPUs.
