TuneUp Software folder

Hi guys,
On the "Default" user in "Roaming" I found something called "TuneUp Software". Scanned it with AVG and it was fine. I have installed AVG, is it AVG TuneUp?

Look at the creation date for the folder and make a not of it.
Now look at the creation date for main AVG folder in Program Files.

If both dates are same, they are very likely related.

Can't find it in Program Files. Can I delete the folder?
