tunngle connection problems

when installing tunngle a massage appears that reads(if u want this app to work turn on Microsoft system protection)what does that mean. Even if I ignore the massage ,when trying to log in it says error 404 or something like that....I searched youtube but only videos of creating a restore point appear .. I would be very glad if someone helped me ,,,, THANKS in advance..

if u want this app to work turn on Microsoft system protection : means if you don't it wont work until you tell PC defender its ok to run it
