Should I enable or disable this, it's currently on "Auto" mode. What does it do, does it have any negative affects if turning it on/off? How does it affect temps?
Leave it on auto, it means that if your CPU isn't too hot it will use the frequency range advertised on the box as "boost." If you turn it off then you will be stuck at the base frequency at a maximum. Turning it off doesn't do anything good.

In BIOS it says that the boost will go as high as 4.5 (base is 4.2) but looking at both temps and what the speed is, it doesnt go above 4.2 running at 65-70c (whích is considered to be safe and decent temps) how come?
