[SOLVED] Turbo Boosting works constantly, is it fine?

I've been a bit worried. The Turbo Boost on my core i5 3470 runs even on 1% CPU usage. It has a base frequency of 3.2 GHZ and goes upto 3.6 with turbo. I check task manager and the Frequency the CPU was running at was more that 3.3 GHZ Constantly, at idle.

Is this normal? There are no temperature issues, as the CPU only heats up to a MAX of 60 degree Celsius.

There's no issue. Cpu will do whatever it needs to do with whatever Windows wants to do. If makes you feel any better ive got my 2600k oc to 4.5 since the day i got it back in 2013 and it's still my daily drive.
