Turn of blue Startup Settings screen at every boot/restart.

Hi,

For removing a faulty driver that made my system crash, I had to startup
Windows 10 in Safe Mode. But now, every time I (re)start my system,
the startup takes really long and I end up at the "Startup Settings" menu
instead of just starting Windows 10 normally.

How can I turn this off? I've searched the web but could only find how
to get in to this menu or safe mode, not how to turn this "type of boot(?)"
off.

Run > Msconfug.exe > Normal startup ?
