Turn off and Turn on

I have a problem here. When you turn on my computer, it starts up and shuts down, but then it turns on again and everything normalizes. It makes the whole process alone, I just push the power button the first time. This does not occur at all times. What can be?

My setup is:
MOBO: G1.Sniper Z87
CPU: i5 4670k
GPU: GTX 770 2GB
RAM: 16GB GSkill Trindent 2400
SSD: EVO 840 250gb
HD: 1TB
PS: EVGA 850w G2

Update the BIOS to latest version. Many people had the same issue and were able to resolve it this way.

I have done, and still sometimes happens that problem.

Check if there is a newer version than the one you flashed (unless you flashed it today). Also, clear CMOS via jumper or remove the battery on the mobo for a few minutes. This is most likely a motherboard related (BIOS) issue, your PSU is a top quality, not a suspect here.
