Hello, I'm wondering if there is a setting or program for or on windows 10 to turn off my mouse automatically when I switch to another display, my TV screen. I want to do this because I have a wireless keyboard with a touch pad that I use for my TV instead of my wired mouse that I use for my monitor. I would like to have it turn back on automatically when I switch back to my monitor.

do you need to? last time i had that config, both mice would work.
i.e. the desktop mouse just stayed on but because it wasnt moving it gave no input. once finished id switch of the wireless mouse for battery saving and go back to the desktop.

I would like to have this happen so that A. my mouse constantly glows so it would be nice to have it off, and B. it never gets used when i'm using my TV, so it's basically a waste of power. I'm not going to unplug my mouse and plug it back in every time I switch my displays. So is there a feature in Windows 10 or a program online that can disable power to a select USB port when doing a certain task like switching displays on your computer? Or will I have to live with it which I can because it isn't the end of the world.`
