turn off pinch zoom

my windows 10 doesn't have a "device settings" tab on mouse properties to turn off pinch zoom

Press Windows Key + X then select Control Panel. Now click Hardware and Sound then click on Mouse option under Device and Printers. Switch to the last tab Device Settings. From the left-hand side menu click Pinch Zoom and uncheck the box Enable Pinch Zoom on the right window pane. Click Apply followed by OK to save changes.
