turn off the avr while the computer is on

What wrong in my power supply


my sister suddenly turn off the AVR while the computer still on and when i turn on the computer again it wont open no light no sound coming from the computer
then i replace with another PSU of my computer and it turn on

i tried to jump start the power suppy the fan wont spin....... whats wrong in my power supply

The PSU is dead, contact vendor or local tech.
